Status Definitions

Crime Reports

  • Pending – Report received, awaiting review
  • Under Review – Report is being evaluated
  • Investigating – Active investigation in progress
  • Resolved – Case has been resolved
  • Closed – Case closed without resolution

Crime Tips

  • Received – Tip received and logged
  • Reviewing – Tip is being evaluated
  • Investigating – Following up on tip information
  • Resolved – Tip led to successful action
  • Archived – Tip processed and archived
